Under new Covid Protection Framework (CPF), our showroom is classed as a retail space and will need to comply with the following:

  • Face masks are mandatory on our premises. Our staff will continue to serve you wearing masks.

As always, please do not enter our work premises if you have a fever, cough, runny nose, or any other Covid sign or symptom.  We are happy to serve you telephonically and courier goods out to you.



As we're sure you are already aware, like many other businesses, our couriers are under great pressure to staff their operations and are experiencing significant service disruptions. 

We have recently been advised that Auckland, Hamilton and North Harbour services are critical and significant delays will be experienced.  They are monitoring their network status and regularily updating it on the link below.

We are doing everything we can to maintain our service levels but anticipate a period of disruption that is beyond our control.  Where possible, we highly recommend you bring forward any orders to allow for delays.

We apologise in advance for any inconvenience and commit to doing everything possible to minimise delays.



Please note that goods coming in from overseas are taking longer than usual to arrive due to Covid-19.  We are also seeing unusual spikes in sales of items that may be out of stock at other suppliers, which can cause unexpected Out of Stocks. 

If you need an item by a specific date and we do not have stock, we will do our best to offer a suitable alternative.  If we cannot deliver the item within a reasonable timeframe, you will be entitled to request a full refund.  We apologise for any inconvenience this might cause.
