Eligibility
- Open to existing Supreme Lock & Hardware trade account customers who are professional builders.
- Referrals must be new trade account customers.
- Both referring and referred customers must be located in the following North Island areas:
Papamoa, Te Puke, Mount Maunganui, Waihi Beach, Coromandel, Rotorua, Taupo and the Waikato.
How the Promotion Works
- Existing trade account customers refer a new customer to Supreme Lock & Hardware.
- The referred customer must successfully open a Supreme Lock & Hardware trade account.
- Once the new trade account is approved and activated, both the referring customer and the referred customer will receive a $100 account credit (including GST).
Credit Conditions
- The $100 credit will be applied directly to each eligible trade account.
- There is no minimum order value required to use the credit.
- Credits may be used on any trade purchase.
- Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.
- Credits expire 90 days from the date they are applied to the account.
- Any unused credit after 90 days will be automatically voided.
General Terms
- This promotion is valid only for approved trade account holders.
- Each existing trade account holder is eligible for one (1) successful referral only during the promotion period. Where multiple referrals are submitted, the first valid referral received by Supreme Lock & Hardware will take precedence.
- Referrals must be submitted via email to accounts@supremelock.co.nz, and clearly identify both the referring trade account holder and the referred customer. This may be done by:
- the existing trade account holder emailing Supreme Lock & Hardware, copying in the referred customer; or
- the referred customer emailing Supreme Lock & Hardware, clearly stating the name of the trade account holder who referred them.
- Supreme Lock & Hardware reserves the right to verify referrals and trade account eligibility.
- Supreme Lock & Hardware reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without notice.
- Fraudulent referrals, duplicate accounts, or misuse of the promotion will result in disqualification.
- This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers unless otherwise stated.
